About Consortium Funding & Advisory
We are the United States Representative for a consortium of investors based in Switzerland. This group was founded in 1986. As of 3/15/25 there are 38 individual investors that make up the group and 79% of the portfolio is invested abroad while 21% is invested in the United States. We have a $2,000,000 loan minimum. We do not charge any upfront fees, underwriting or application fees we simply require the borrower to pay for his third-party fees and we get paid at closing. There are no monthly payments on our hard money bridge loans and our loans are non-recourse to the borrower. We offer Proof of Funds on all loans.
We can loan as high as 65% Loan to Value and 65% Loan to After Repair Value (to be Completed Value). On construction loans, we loan 100% Loan to Cost as long as the Loan to Completed Value is less than 65%. We fund virtually anything commercial such as purchases, rehabs and refinances worldwide.
